DOVER — On Tuesday, Feb. 27 at 3 p.m. let’s celebrate the recent release of “Diary of a Wimpy Kid: No Brainer” with some Wimpy Kid crafts! Kids in grades K and up are invited to join the Dover Public Library in the lecture hall, and preschoolers, with an adult care-giver, are welcome as well to join in the fun, while supplies last.
PORTSMOUTH — On Wednesday, Feb. 28 from 1 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Levenson Room at the Portsmouth Public Library, Tom Knight presents “The Library Boogie” musical puppet show. The show celebrates libraries and reading, the environment, and science with hand-made puppets, funny stories, catchy songs, and a high degree of audience participation.

Traveling Planetarium: Totality
PORTSMOUTH — On Thursday, Feb. 29, at 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., at the Portsmouth Public Library, enter the McAuliffe-Shepherd Discovery Center’s Traveling Planetarium during February vacation week to view their presentation and learn more about the upcoming total eclipse on April 8, 2024. DOVER — On Sunday, March 3 at 1:30 p.m. Regenerating Life is a documentary highlighting the importance of biodiversity and natural ecosystem in regulating the climate. Come to the Dover Public Library for a showing of the film and then stay for a panel discussion with Filmmaker John Feldman and others who are working to combat and educate about the climate crisis.
