Alabama coach Nick Saban looks to continue his mastery (19-0) over his former assistants as the Tide start a four-game stretch that features games against Jimbo Fisher (Texas A&M), Lane Kiffin (Ole Miss), Kirby Smart (Georgia) and Jeremy Pruitt (Tennessee). Aggies running back Isaiah Spiller leads the SEC in rushing with 117 yards, but he faces off against an Alabama defense that held Missouri to just 2.0 yards per carry during their opener.

Georgia will face top 25 ranked teams during four out of its next five games. The Bulldogs enter this one with concerns at quarterback, listing four different players as possible starters. The options include USC transfer JT Daniels, who’s available after recovering from a knee injury. The Tigers, meanwhile, are looking to snap a three-game losing streak to the UGA. Last season, Auburn quarterback Bo Nix attempted a career-high 50 passes for 245 yards in a 21-14 loss to the Bulldogs.
No. 25 Memphis (1-0) at SMU (3-0)

It’s been a month since Memphis last took the football field as a COVID-19 outbreak forced the Tigers to postpone their last two games. These two teams combined for 1,067 total yards during their matchup last season, with SMU QB Shane Buechele (456 yards) and the Mustangs falling to Memphis QB Brady White (350) and the Tigers 54-48.

North Carolina hasn’t played football in three weeks because of COVID-19 issues, but the Tar Heels still are viewed as a challenger to Clemson in the ACC. Boston College is looking for its second 3-0 start since 2008.
No. 18 Oklahoma (1-1, 0-1 Big 12) at Iowa State (1-1, 1-0)
7:30 p.m. Saturday, ABC
Oklahoma is looking to bounce back after giving up 31 second-half points in a loss to Kansas State last week. The last time an OU team lost back-to-back Big 12 games was in 1998 under coach John Blake. Iowa State’s JaQuan Bailey (3.5) and Will McDonald IV (3.0) lead the conference in sacks. The Cyclones are looking for their first win over the Sooners in Ames since 1960.
