134th Rose Parade ABC & NBC, 10 a.m. Live

The streets of Pasadena, California, are lined with thousands of parade fans as gorgeous rose-covered floats and marching bands once again partake in this long-running

New Year’s tradition. Former Arizona Congresswo­man Gabby Giffords is this year’s grand marshal, with her remarkable recovery from traumatic gunshot injuries epitomizin­g the parade’s 2023 theme: “Turning the Corner.”

College Football ABC, ESPN, & ESPN2, Beginning at 11 a.m. Live

The final college football bowl games before the national championsh­ip contest take place today. Mississipp­i State faces Illinois in the ReliaQuest Bowl (ESPN2), Tulane takes on USC in the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic (ESPN), LSU goes up against Purdue in the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl (ABC), and Penn State clashes with Utah in the Rose Bowl (ESPN).

Fantasy Island

FOX, 7 p.m.  Season Premiere Welcome to Fantasy Island Season Two! Roselyn Sanchez is back as Elena Roarke, steward of the mysterious island resort where literally any fantasy requested by guests is fulfilled — although they rarely turn out as expected.

America’s Got Talent: All-Stars NBC, 7 p.m. New Series

This addition to the popular America’s Got Talent franchise brings together 60 acts to compete for the ultimate All-Star title.

The roster of contestant­s is composed of winners, fan favorites and viral sensations from previous seasons of AGT as well as Got Talent franchises from around the world. Each week, 10 acts will perform for judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel to earn one of five Golden Buzzers and move on to the finals. Fans will also be able to vote for one additional act per episode and put them in the finals. Terry Crews hosts.

Antiques Roadshow PBS, 7 p.m., WTTW Chicago. 8 p.m.  Season Premiere

After two years of pandemic filming, the antiques appraisal series returns to on-location filming for Season 27, which features visits to Nashville, Tennessee; Boise, Idaho; Santa Fe, New Mexico; Shelburne, Vermont; and Woodside, California, where the season begins tonight with the first of three hours shot at the Filoli Historic House & Garden. Things start with a bang as one guest presents a viola purchased by his grandfathe­r directly from renowned maker Ansaldo Poggi in the 1960s — an instrument valued by the appraiser at a whopping $200,000 to $330,000.

Former NBA star Lamar Odom talks exclusivel­y to TMZ about his sex addiction, drug use and troubled marriage to Khloe Kardashian in this special.

Quantum Leap NBC, 9 p.m. New Episodes

The first season of this continuati­on of the Quantum Leap sci-fi series franchise returns from winter hiatus with the episode “Fellow Travelers,” which finds Ben (Raymond Lee) landing in 1979 Chicago as Jack Armstrong, a devoted security guard to talented pop singer Carly Farmer. During Carly’s prep for a concert, it quickly becomes clear her life is in danger, and Ben must determine who is trying to kill her and why.
