Oscar Nominated Short Films 2022: Live Action Starz, 4:05 a.m.

Romance, terror, prison ... and karaoke. Last year’s wide-ranging slate of shorts honored by the Academy all air here, including Riz Ahmed’s winner, The Long Goodbye, a fascinatin­g study on poisonous rhetoric and racism.

Game Show Network, 6 p.m. ■ New Series

Jeff Hephner hosts this show in which five players begin the game by taking positions 1 through 5; after a trivia question is asked, players with correct answers move toward the No. 1 spot, and players with incorrect answers move toward No. 5. The goal is to finish the third round of questions in the No. 1 position, winning the game and earning the right to play the bonus round for $10,000.

Switch airs weeknights.

Fantasy Island

In “The Urn,” three siblings visit, hoping to spread their mom’s ashes — if only they can get past their own resentment­s. Meanwhile, Roarke (Roselyn Sanchez) has her own memories of the deceased (Joely Fisher), who was her first guest as host of Fantasy Island.

In the episode “Feel It in the Air,” Spencer (Daniel Ezra) convinces a reluctant ally to speak their truth, and Olivia (Samantha Logan) throws herself into moving on.

America’s Got Talent:

All-Stars

NBC, 7 p.m.

Auditions continue as winners, finalists, favorites and viral sensations vie for the chance to win the title of AGT All-Star. One act is given a Golden Buzzer and earns a spot in the finals, while superfans also vote on one act to move to the finals.

The Watchful Eye

Freeform, 8 p.m. ■ New Series

Nothing is as it seems when Elena (Mariel Molino), a determined young woman with a sordid history and questionab­le intentions, moves into an upscale Manhattan apartment building to work as a live-in nanny for a wealthy widower (Warren Christie) in this unique new supernatur­al thriller. Also starring Amy Acker as the resident uppity housewife and Gilmore Girls’ Kelly Bishop as the audacious Mrs. Ivey, who are both keeping secrets of their own.

History’s Greatest Mysteries History, 8 p.m. ■ Season Premiere

The Season 4 premiere of this series hosted by Laurence Fishburne explores the famous Loch Ness monster. Despite centuries of reported sightings and searches, whatever might be in the loch remains unidentifi­ed. Does a “monster” really exist? And if so, what could it be?
