nearly as well. I get by very nicely with my twins on a 32-foot Proline Walk. Love your magazine, I read it cover to cover! —John Heiman commenting on pmymag.com I really enjoyed the story and video about Eric Glaser designing a boat for his paraplegic father (“Midnight Magic,” June 2016). My dad was in a bike accident back in the ’70s that caused him to be a paraplegic. The one thing I knew he most wanted to experience again was the pleasure of boating. nate recipients of a donated vessel named The Southern Cross. The young men worked on her and they were able to use her to navigate the Columbia River. (Our son was recently recalling the time he opened a can of smoked oysters on the deck, leaving an oily and slippery mess behind. Lesson learned!) P.S.- Throttled back to 30 gph in support as I type this. —David P. Beitchman Encino, California

Michael Peters has gone over the top again. Tom Fexas and Brock Yates would be proud! And my Slogan suggestion: America needs the original Boating Act Made Affordable. If your employer fails to provide you with adequate financial coverage for a boat, you may qualify for a government subsidy. —Josh Vorbis Boca Raton, Florida
