Marco Casali, a Rome-based designer, placed the master suite forward on the main deck, and so blew up the conventional accommodations plan below, with a variety of layouts and up to four additional staterooms. The builder expects the expanded accommodations will make the yacht more appealing for charter.

All of the living areas make the most of large horizontally oriented hullside windows, while a beam of better than 20½ feet means no one is left wanting for space. But when a boat gets to be this size, it’s what one does with the space that matters. Canados has added some inventive twists that heighten the superyacht feel. A centerline transom passerelle divides the afterdeck dining and lounging area into port and starboard “terraces.” Inside, a pair of L-shaped settees echoes the symmetry of the hull design. Meanwhile, the yacht’s formal dining table is located aft in the salon—or forward on the afterdeck, depending how the crew deploys a pair of curving doors that encircle the dining table.
