COMPLETING THE PIECED UNITS

1. Sew an A strip to a B strip with right sides together along length to make an A-B strip set; press. Repeat to make a total of five A-B strip sets. 2. Subcut the A-B strip sets into 70 (21/2" x 41/2") A-B units as shown in Figure 1.
