COMPLETING THE QUILT

Refer to the Assembly Diagram as needed for positioning of blocks and I rectangles.

1. Join three Candlestick blocks top to bottom to make vertical row 1; press. Repeat to make rows 3 and 5.

2. Join two Candlestick blocks top to bottom and add an I rectangle to the top and bottom of the block strip to make vertical row 2; press. Repeat to make row 4.

3. Join the rows in numerical order to complete the quilt top; press.

4. Create a quilt sandwich referring to Quilting Basics on page 94. 5. Quilt as desired. 6. Bind edges referring to Quilting Basics on page 94 to finish.
