RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AUTHORITY BOARD (RCRFA) meets every second Thursday of the month at the Library at 5:30 p.m. The next meeting will be today, July 11. The public is invited.
The RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY DEMOCRATIC COMMITTEE monthly meeting will be Saturday, July 13, at the Washington Town Hall, 485 Gay St., Washington. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. for coffee and conversation. Meeting starts at 10 a.m. All are welcome!
The ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD of the Town of Washington meets on July 17, at 7 p.m. at Town Hall to consider an application for a new building at 532 Warren Avenue from Mid-Atlantic Postal Properties.

The WALDORF-INSPIRED CAMP has scheduled July 22 to July 26 for session 1; July 29 to Aug. 2 for session 2. Sessions will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Hearthstone School, 11576 Lee Hwy. Sperryville. The camp is for ages 6 to 12. Cost $225 per camp week. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due with each registration. The camp includes many activities each day. The Rappahannock Extension Office invites all to attend an INORCHARD MEETING scheduled for July 24. Meet at the host orchard at 11 a.m. for a tour of the orchard, followed by a discussion of current orchard management recommendations.
