SYMPATHY
Sympathy goes out to the family of Rodney “Todd” Allen Vest, Jr., 57, of Woodville. Todd passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 11. He was a member of Five Forks Baptist Church. He loved to hunt and fish and was highly respected in his field as superintendent with multiple construction companies.
A Celebration of Life was held on Sunday, Feb. 16.

ASHES IN THE SQUARE
On Ash Wednesday, Feb. 26, from 11:30 a.m. until 12 noon, area clergy will be providing ashes in Little Washington at Fountain Square across from The Inn.
Sponsored by the Rappahannock Clergy Association, this annual “imposition of ashes” marks the beginning of Lent — the season of the Church Year preceding Easter.
All are welcome to participate in this ancient custom of the Church.
