Don’t Cheap Out On The Motor

-

The whole idea is to have a level playing field in the Stock class and that’s why everyone is required to run a 17.5-turn motor. But not all motors are the same, and some will be faster than others. When choosing a motor, make sure you do some shopping and learn as much as you can before you make your purchase. Things to look for are venting and high-quality materials; you get what you pay for here. A motor that costs more will have quality materials and, therefore, should be faster. You can also ask the fast guys at the track what they are running and get the same motor that they are using.
