TIRE DIAMETERS AND TYPES

There are countless tire types out there as far as tread patterns go, but in terms of basic configuration, you’re going to encounter six main sizes. Note that numeric tire sizes refer to the diameter in inches of the rim they fit on, not the outside diameter of the tire.
