Run by pure hobbyists, Super-g is consciously not brand-biased. Fujita explains, “We love good products regardless of the manufacturer. This allows us to sell everything, but more importantly, it allows us to give true, unbiased opinions. We test close to 90% of the products we carry so we can give our customers the most accurate information we can. Let’s face it, it’s impossible for one company to produce the best ‘everything.’”

Regarding the shop regulars that call Super-g home, Fujita says, “Our regulars really do keep things positive and are always ready and willing to help anyone. Everyone works together to form a familylike feeling, and the family steadily grows. It’s a very stress-free environment.”

Fujita is proud to point out that they are from the community. He says, “From day one we have been driven to make what we consider to be the very best facility and store that we always wished for. We have always known the hobby very well, so we feel we know what the community wants and needs to grow. We are from the community for the community. Joe is the type of person who really loves researching and finding the next newest thing. That’s what he loves to do, so he’s a perfect fit for finding the products to fill our store.

I’m more of a technical type of person. I have a design background so I’m always testing and tuning new products, as well as developing new products. Since we are also a fabrication shop, we make close to 100% of our props in house.”
