BUTTER US UP!

✦ I was horrified by the sentence “The lima beans of the world ...” in “I Am Butter.” What’s wrong with lima beans? We told our kids they were “Superman beans,” and they loved them. So give lima beans a break. I will continue to eat them—with butter, of course. —Sandy Howland
