An icon for more than 50 years, Pier Sixty-six in Fort Lauderdale is being transformed by Tavistock into the most anticipated waterfront property in the yachting capital of the world. The new Residences here will join the worldclass superyacht marina, the iconic

Pier Top and a spectacular new resort on the 32-acre site. There will also be 12 sophisticated dining and lounge venues, an indulgent spa and a waterfront promenade with shops and offices.

The residences are spread between two 11-story Condominium Residences—called Azul and Indigo—and two four-story boutique Resort Residences. With the choice of magnificent views of the marina or the legendary waterways, Azul and Indigo deliver truly distinctive waterfront living. Their spacious two- to four-bedroom condominiums, which include dramatic penthouses, range from 2,700 to 2,900 square feet, and each features a spacious terrace (some exceeding 4,000 square feet) with a signature heated plunge pool.

The Resort Residences, ranging from 1,600 to 3,800 square feet, overlook the Mercedes River and are located in two intimate four-story buildings that offer the choice of a stunning view overlooking the marina, the waterways or the resort's three sparkling pools. Here too, floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive terraces allow for opulent indoor-outdoor living.

Every home at Pier Sixty-six is designer-ready—allowing for absolute owner customization of the interior—and affords fine furnishings and finishes such as Sub-zero/wolf appliances, Italian cabinets and exquisite stone surfaces.

Owners of Pier Sixty-six Residences will gain privileged access to the resort’s amenities: restaurants, lounges, a spa, magnificent pools and a harborside promenade, plus its dedicated concierge service, which facilitates VIP reservations, marina arrangements and in-residence services, including catering, entertaining and housekeeping. Additional benefits include a rotating selection of exclusive social and marina events; a private club room, restaurant and lounge; a fitness studio; and a VIP pool and bar with private cabanas and chaise-lounge service at the multilevel, marina-front pool deck.

Pier Sixty-six is leading the way for Fort Lauderdale’s reinvention as a global luxury destination. Tavistock is working with a talented team of top architects and designers to honor the property’s heritage and reflect its place in local hearts—and on the world stage. Construction is well underway with completion of the resort and residences anticipated in 2024.

The Pier Sixty-six Marina, one of Fort Lauderdale’s top yachting destinations, remains fully operational during construction and continues as a premium host site for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, the world’s largest in-water boat show. The marina serves as an oceanic gateway with more than 5,000 linear feet of dockage featuring 164 deepwater slips for yachts up to 400 feet long. This spectacular seaport offers a warm welcome to everyday boaters and superyacht owners alike.

The captivating waterfront world of Pier Sixty-six will become the new postcard of Fort Lauderdale—an iconic destination that’s recognized and admired around the globe.
