The program will include the second in a series of straw polls for purposes of establishi­ng issue baselines. Immigratio­n legislatio­n and actions will be discussed along with a range of issues. Two fair housing public meetings are planned for today: at 2 p.m. at City Hall, 601 Broad St. and at 5:30 p.m. at the Kelsey-Aycock-Burrell Center, 41 Washington Drive. Citizens will have time to express general opinions and concerns regarding fair housing in the area.
