Reeves - McGinnis Engagement

Mr. and Mrs. Alan Reeves of Cave Spring announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin Elizabeth Reeves, to Gavin Christopher McGinnis of Alpharetta.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy McGinnis of Alpharetta.

Miss Reeves is a 2002 graduate of Coosa High School. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. She also earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia in 2009. She is employed as Associate General Counsel for a real estate and asset management company in Los Angeles, California.

The bride is the sister of Philip Reeves of Rome and granddaughter of Frances Reeves, the late Frank Reeves, and the late Gaston and Matilda Fichot.

The groom is a 2005 graduate of Milton High School. He graduated from Berry College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management. He also earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia in 2015. He is currently employed as an Integrated Marketing Manager with Turner Broadcasting in Los Angeles, California.

The groom is the brother of Ryan McGinnis of Indianapolis, Indiana and grandson of Don McGinnis, the late Amy McGinnis, and the late Joseph and Bertha Mon garaz.

The wedding ceremony is planned for Saturday, Oct. 10 in Savannah. Formal invitations will be sent.
