Rome students earn honors at Georgia Tech

The following students earned the distinction of Faculty Honors for Fall 2015 at the Georgia Institute of Technology:

Austin Beacham, Douglas Miller, Kristen Shiflett and Jere Tan, all of Rome.

This designation is awarded to undergraduate students who have a 4.0 academic average for the semester.

The following students earned places on the Georgia Tech Dean’s List for Fall 2015:

Rachel McFry, Patrick Tarrant, Bennett Garland, Rachel Garland, Hunter Selman and Nathaniel Tan, all of Rome.

This designation is awarded to undergradu- ate students who have a 3.0 or higher academic average for the semester.

Louis Johnson earns Ga. State scholarship

Louis Johnson of Rome was among the 151 law students and their donors recognized at the eighth annual Scholarship Donor and Recipient Recog- nition Luncheon at Georgia State University College of Law.
