Guilty on counts 1)-2) murder, count 3) aggravated assault, count 4) aggravated battery, count 5) reckless conduct, count 6) discharge firearm on/near highway, count 7) discharge firearm/property of another and count 8) possession of offensive weapon during the commission of a crime. Sentenced to serve life without parole plus five years. April 3.

Judge Jack Niedrach

Wade Carrol Hamon, 2526 New Calhoun Highway. Guilty on count 1) aggravated stalking. Sentenced to eight years. To serve one year followed by one year in a group home. April 3.

Javarick Javon McCain, 131 Dodd Blvd. Guilty on count 2) fleeing/attempting to elude officer, count 4) reckless driving, count 6) improper cross Gore/Median/ Emergency lane, count 9) driving while license suspended or revoked and count 11) obstruction or hindering law enforcement. Sentenced to five years. To serve one year, balance on probation. Fine: $1,000. April 3. Ibrahim Zaqout, 23 Wingfield St. Guilty on count 1) driving without license and count 2) obedience to traffic control device. Sentenced to serve 50 days with credit for time served. April 3.

Cody James Beavers, 2526 New Calhoun Highway. Guilty on count 1) attempt or conspiracy to commit offense of violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act. Sentenced to serve three years with credit for time served. April 3. Samanthan Aline Gaddis, 27 Little Texas Valley Road. Guilty on count 1) stalking. Sentenced to one year probation. Fine: $300. April 3. Sarah Renee Toland, 3701 Highway 411, White. Guilty on count 1) violation of handicap parking. Sentenced to one year. To serve 30 days suspended upon payment of fines and surcharges. Fine: $225. April 3. George Thomas Ashworth, 229 Thompson St., Cedartown. Guilty on count 1) purchase/possess/control on controlled substance. Sentenced to serve three years suspended upon entry and completion of RSAT. April 3. Meghan Nicole Blanco, 32 Daryl Road, Silver Creek. Guilty on count 2) theft by deception. Sentenced to serve one year suspended upon payment of restitution. April 3. Courtney Diane Franks, 2312 Maple Road. Guilty on count 1) theft by shoplifting. Sentenced to one year probation. April 3. Jared Barneard Jett Jr., 328 Tolbert St. Guilty on count 1) reckless conduct. Sentenced to serve one year suspended upon payment of fine and surcharges. Fine: $100. April 3.

Guilty on count 2) possession of marijuana less than one ounce, count 3) driving without a license, count 4) hit and run/duty to stop at scene/ leave scene and count 5) false report of a crime. Sentenced to serve two years with credit for time served. April 3.
