Sentenced to five years. To serve one year, balance on probation. Fine: $1,000. April 3. Ibrahim Zaqout, 23 Wingfield St. Guilty on count 1) driving without license and count 2) obedience to traffic control device. Sentenced to serve 50 days with credit for time served. April 3.

Sentenced to serve three years with credit for time served. April 3. Samanthan Aline Gaddis, 27 Little Texas Valley Road. Guilty on count 1) stalking. Sentenced to one year probation. Fine: $300. April 3. Sarah Renee Toland, 3701 Highway 411, White. Guilty on count 1) violation of handicap parking. Sentenced to one year. To serve 30 days suspended upon payment of fines and surcharges. Fine: $225. April 3. George Thomas Ashworth, 229 Thompson St., Cedartown. Guilty on count 1) purchase/possess/control on controlled substance. Sentenced to serve three years suspended upon entry and completion of RSAT. April 3. Meghan Nicole Blanco, 32 Daryl Road, Silver Creek. Guilty on count 2) theft by deception.
