WOLF NA­TION 5K — The first Wolf Na­tion 5K and 1-mile race to ben­e­fit the Rome High School cross coun­try and track pro­grams will be Sat­ur­day at Rome High School, 1000 Veterans Me­mo­rial High­way. The 5K starts at 8:30 a.m. while the 1-mile race starts at 9:30 a.m. The start and fin­ish line will be at the high school. CAL­LIER SPRINGS SPRING JAM — Cal­lier Springs Coun­try Club is hold­ing its Spring JAM Tour­na­ment Sea­son Kick­off on Sat­ur­day and Sun­day. The two-per­son for­mat tour­na­ment will in­clude spe­cial golf chal­lenges and din­ner Sat­ur­day with a band. The cost is $75 per per­son. TEACH ME TENNIS SUM­MER CAMPS — Teach Me Tennis will host its sec­ond year of sum­mer camps June 5-9, 13-16 at Shorter Univer­sity. Reg­is­tra­tion is open to ris­ing first- through fifth­graders on a first-come, first-serve ba­sis, and will be capped at 40 par­tic­i­pants. The cost is $75, and par­ents will have the op­tion to pur­chase a racket for an ad­di­tional $15. For details and to sign up, visit teach­me­ten­nis.org.

BIG BLUE FOOT­BALL CAMP — The Model High School foot­ball pro­gram is pre­sent­ing the Big Blue Foot­ball Camp June 5-8 at the high school for kids in first grade through up­com­ing eighth-graders. Each day’s ses­sion is from 9 a.m. to noon, and the cost is $60 per child, which in­cludes a T-shirt, as well as break­fast and lunch each day.
