Human cannonball to be shot out at SMS

David “The Bullet” Smith Jr., the human cannonball, will be shot out of a large cannon across the field after Saturday’s Rome Braves game. Following the game against the West Virginia Power, the cannon will be set up in center field and Smith will be shot toward a net in the home plate area. The game begins at 6 p.m. at State Mutual Stadium.
