Broiler/Fryer: National Broiler Market at-a-Glance For June 15:

Whole broiler/fryer prices are trending steady to weak. Offerings of all sizes are light to moderate approachin­g the weekend. Retail and distributi­ve demand is moderate. Floor stocks are generally in balance. Market activity is slow to moderate. In the parts complex, tenders are steady to firm, dark meat is mostly steady and boneless skinless breasts is steady to weak. Offerrings of tenders are balanced and clearing satisfacto­rily; wings and dark meat items are light to moderate and boneless skinless breasts more than sufficient for current needs. Market activity for parts is slow to moderate. In production areas, live supplies are moderate at mostly desirable weights.
