What is the primary purpose of your business? WIN Home Inspection specializes in inspections for prospective buyers during the sales process as well as in pre-listing inspections designed to help sellers gain realistic expectations prior to the sale of the home. Regardless of which type of inspection someone needs, clients receive a clear, robust report within 24 hours.
What is your business background? My past experience was in assessing claims after natural disasters that destroyed family homes or led to whole neighborhoods being wiped out and even small businesses being closed. By opening a WIN Home Inspection, I can now use my past experience to provide a positive experience for buyers, sellers and agents.
Why did you start (or purchase) this particular business? Entrepreneurship runs in my family, so I started my search for business ownership opportunities within franchising. I came across WIN Home Inspection and was impressed with the way the brand was structured. I had always been a self-determined businessman and was fond of the idea of working for myself. When the opportunity to open WIN Home Inspection Lindale presented itself, it was a perfect fit.
What makes your business unique? WIN Home Inspection has been in business for more than 20 years, with a mission of maintaining high standards for inspections during the sales process. What do you enjoy most about your chosen profession? I look forward to giving my neighbors peace of mind about their future homes and ensuring families in Floyd and Polk County have a safe place to call home.
