Broiler/Fryer: National Broiler Market at-a-Glance For July 27: Whole broiler/fryer prices are trending steady to weak. Supplies are light to moderate. Demand into food distributive services is light to moderate. Floor stocks are mostly balanced. Market activity is mostly slow to moderate. In the parts complex, prices on tenderloins and wings are steady to firm, however, bone-in breasts are mostly steady to instances lower. Offerings of wings and other dark meat items are light to moderate and boneless skinlessare moderate to heavy. Bone-in breasts are available and slow to clear. Market activity for parts is slow to moderate. In production areas, live supplies are moderate at mostly desirable weights.
