Don’t Miss: “Ray Donovan” — As the addictive drama launches its fifth season, Ray (Liev Schreiber) returns to his life as a Hollywood fixer and his first client is a bigwig studio mogul played by Susan Sarandon. She pits Ray against her own fixers in fear they may know too much. Meanwhile, Mickey (Jon Voight) is overjoyed to at last be welcomed into Ray’s home and swears that he will finally mend his criminal ways. (We have our doubts). 9 p.m. Sunday, Showtime.

Sunday: In the season 2 opener of “Chesapeake Shores,” it’s time for the town’s annual lantern festival. Too bad Trace has to return to Nashville to face up to a past mistake. 9 p.m., Hallmark. Monday: The unscripted series “Escaping Polygamy” returns for a third season. The series follows Andrea, Jessica and Shanell, three sisters who left a polygamous cult in Utah during their youth and now devote their lives to helping others get out and successful­ly begin new lives away from the only world they’ve ever known. 10 p.m., A&E.

Tuesday: “The Profit: Marijuana Millions” is a special episode that finds Marcus Lemonis heading to California to explore the business behind what will soon be the largest legal marijuana market in the world. He meets with several pot entreprene­urs, from small-scale startups to multi-million dollar enterprise­s, all seizing on an extraordin­ary business opportunit­y. 10 p.m., CNBC. Wednesday: Stephen King gets some more television exposure in “Mr. Mercedes.” It’s a thriller based on a King novel that follows a crazed killer who persistent­ly haunts a retired detective following a slew of unfortunat­e events. The cast includes Brendan Gleeson, Harry Treadway and Mary Louise-Parker. 8 p.m., AT&T Audience Network.

Wednesday: “The Story of Diana” is a documentar­y airing over two nights that marks the 20th anniversar­y of her tragic passing at the age of 36. Included: in-depth interviews with those who knew her best, plenty of archival footage and a look at how her story remains relevant today. 9 p.m., ABC. Thursday: Things get crazy-busy on “The Night Shift.” When protestors descend on a funeral for a dear member of the night shift family, multiple veterans are injured and brought to San Antonio Memorial for treatment. 10 p.m., NBC.

Friday: Break out the parkas. The Alaska gold mining crews of “Bering Sea Gold” are back for the brutally rugged (and cold) winter ice-mining season. Brrrrrrrr! 9 p.m., Discovery. Saturday: In the series finale of “Turn: Washington’s Spies,” the American War of Independen­ce comes to an end. Spoiler alert: The good guys win.
