Mrs. Janie Ruth McClendon, 62, of Rockmart, Georgia, passed Sunday, August 13, 2017, at Floyd Medical Center-Polk surrounded by her loving family.

Services for Mrs. McClendon will be held Saturday, August 19, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at Morning Star Baptist Church, 916 Cedartown Highway, Rockmart, Georgia 30153.

She will lie in state from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service.
