The Floyd County Farmers Market at Ridge Ferry Park will run every Saturday and Wednesday from 7 to 11:30 a.m., ending

College will hold Industrial Career Day on Sept. 21 from 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. in Industrial Alley at the Floyd County Campus, 1 Maurice Culberson Drive. High school students and members of the community will get a chance to explore various industrial careers and skilled trades. Visitors should report to the front desk in the A Building. The event is free and open to the public.
