-

The Theta Psi Chapter at Shorter University earned its fourth Pyramid of Excellence award this past summer along with an academic sustainability award at the Delta Sigma Phi national convention in Baltimore.

The national fraternity gives seven Pyramid of Excellence awards for 106 chapters nationwide. In order to win this award, the chapter must excel in areas such as philanthropy, new member development and finances. The chapter was also recognized with the Academic Sustainability Award for high GPA averages among members.

The chapter was founded at Shorter in 2008 and currently has 24 members.
