North Broad Baptist time capsule

The children of North Broad Baptist Church bury a time capsule at the close of the morning service. It signified the culmination of their 150th Anniversary celebration. The 6-year-old boy with the military hat is Luke Treadaway, son of Lee and Kristy Treadaway. He made a pronouncement in the middle of the action that “If I owned the newspaper, I would put a picture of this inside.” Everyone enjoyed the moment of humor, said Prissy Tunnell who submitted the photos.
