Visitor Center will host its sixth annual Winter Art Market on Dec. 2 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Dec. 3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Rome Civic Center, 402 Civic Center Drive.

The second annual Snowflake Ball will be hosted at Pleasant Valley North Baptist Church, 735 Old Summervill­e Road, on Dec. 2 at 5 p.m. The ball is a semiformal for individual­s with special needs ages sixth grade and up. Restoratio­n Lindale Inc. will present Christmas in Lindale 2017 on Dec. 2. Events will begin with the Lindale Christmas parade. Lineup will be at Pepperell Primary at 2:30 p.m., with the parade at 3 p.m. A starlighti­ng ceremony will be held after the parade at the Gilbreath Center from 4-6 p.m. Chorus groups from Pepperell Primary, Pepperell Elementary, Pepperell High and First Baptist Lindale will perform. Vendors will be set up at the Gilbreath Center from 3-6 p.m. Vendor spots cost $20 each. Call Juli Johnson at 706-936-3118 to purchase a vendor spot.
