Noon Optimist Club has rescheduled former awardwinning journalist Charlie Hayslett, of Atlanta, to present a program on concerns about a “Two Georgias”

economy, one urban and one rural. The club will meet at 11:45 a.m Monday at Rome Braves Stadium. The speaker is president of the Hayslett Group, a public affairs and public policy firm that has represented a host of Fortune 500 companies.
