The Georgia Mountain
Music Club will have an instrumental jam session every Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Charles C. Parker Senior Center, 1325 Kingston Highway. Musicians are asked to bring non-electrical instruments such as guitars, fiddles, banjos, harmonicas, upright bass or mandolin. Visitors are welcome. Admission is free. The Disabled American Veterans of Chapter
95 will be at the RomeFloyd County Library, 205 Riverside Parkway, on
Tuesdays from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. to assist veterans in filing benefits claims with the Veterans Administration. Bring all documents pertaining to service and medical records. The Georgia Mountain
