Failure to register as sex offender lands man in jail

A Rome man is being held in the Floyd County Jail without bond, accused of failing to properly register as a sex offender.

According to Floyd County Jail reports: Alan Dennis Mobley, 68, was arrested Tuesday and charged with failing to comply with sex-offender registration requirements or providing false information to authorities.
