Report: Handgun found in felon’s home

A Cave Spring woman was in jail Wednesday with no bond set after a probation officer reportedly found a gun in her home.

According to Floyd County Jail reports: Lisa Yvonne Dickson, 34, of 6253 Cave Spring Highway in Cave Spring, was arrested just before 8 a.m. at her residence after a 9 mm handgun was found in her residence.

Dickson is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and a probation violation.
