The Harbin Hero Hustle 5K and twomile health walk will be held Sept. 29. Harbin Heroes will be accepting nominations for five local charities through July 27.

To nominate post the charity’s name to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and include the hash tag# Harbin Hero Challenge. Shares and likes and creating an image with the hashtag and charity will not be counted. The hashtag must be in the text of the post or comment. Only one vote is accepted per Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. The charity must be an actively registered 501(c)(3), be based in Floyd, Bartow, Polk, Chattooga or Gordon County and support health, educational or cultural causes. The five charities receiving the most nominations will win a $500 donation from Harbin Clinic and will be announced on July 31. Visit Harbin Clinic on Facebook for more information.
