The Executive Board of Shanklin-Attaway Post No. 5 of the American
Legion will meet Monday at 6 p.m. at 5 Shorter Ave. There will be no general membership meeting for February. The Executive Board Meeting is open to all members. The Unit 5
Auxiliary meeting will be at 7 p.m. on Monday. Senior Gospel Singers meet every Monday from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at the Charles C. The Rome Art Coterie will meet Tuesday at the Rome-Floyd County Library, 205 Riverside Parkway. Rome artist Marilyn Lindholm will present “East meets West: Chinese Brush Painting with a Western Twist.” Visitors are welcome.

Chapter 545 of the National Association of Active and Retired Federal Employees will meet at the Landmark Restaurant, 2740 Martha Berry Highway, on Thursday from 11:15 a.m.-1 p.m. All active and retired federal employees living in the Rome and Northwest Georgia area are invited. BSF group meets every Thursday at 9:30 am at the Church at Northside, 75 North Floyd Park Road. BSF is a non-denominational international organization that encourages and equips people of all faiths to better serve their local churches. Women of all ages and faiths are welcome to attend.
