INVITATION TO BID FOR COMMERCIAL MEAL VENDORS

The Northwest Georgia Regional Commission (NWGRC) is soliciting sealed bids for a contract and/or contracts to provide meals for the elderly in the Georgia Counties of Bartow, Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Fannin, Floyd, Gilmer, Gordon, Haralson, Murray, Paulding, Pickens, Polk, Walker and Whitfield.

Bids may be submitted for one or more counties for the provision and delivery of meals for the elderly to Congregate and/or Home Delivered Meals Nutrition programs beginning July 1, 2020 and concluding June 30, 2024. A one year contract will be awarded, beginning July 1, 2020 and ending June 30, 2021 containing a contingency clause permitting renewal for each year of the remaining contract based upon satisfactory performance.

Sealed bids and Proposals will be received until December 4, 2019 at 2:00 pm. Bids will not be accepted after this date and time. The Northwest Georgia Regional Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Proposers will be notified in writing of RFP decision. Contract is contingent upon Northwest Georgia Regional Commission receiving funds from the Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Aging Services.
