Mrs. Stella Izeta Bailiff age 96 passed away on January 31, 2020 in Anderson, South Carolina.

She was a resident of Rome, Georgia for most of her life and was a member of North Rome Church of God.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, James Henry Headrick, and daughter Bobbie Jo Worley. She was also preceded in death by Ernest Suttles, and Doak Bailiff.

She is survived by her daughter, Quinnette (Steve) Morrison of Anderson, South Carolina, Grand children; Mark Worley, of Rome, Georgia; Lynn (Weldon) Stuart of Adairsvill­e, Georgia; Brian Long of Stuart, Florida; Great grandchild­ren, Mark Worley Jr. (Kaitlyn), Chase Baker, Madison Baker, and one great-grand daughter, Elora Worley.

Mrs. Stella will be missed greatly by all of her loving family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Floyd Memory Gardens in Rome, Georgia. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Daniel’s Funeral Home.

Daniel’s Funeral Home has charge of the arrangemen­ts.

Mrs. Gladys Josephine “Jo” Demonia Camp, age 91, of Cedartown, GA passed away Saturday, February 1, 2020.

She was born December 10, 1928 in Sylvan Hills, GA daughter of the late J. Hue & Gladys Lawrence Demonia. She graduated from West Fulton High School and then attended the University of Georgia. She was a devoted wife to her husband of 72 years. Preston and Josephine married in 1947 following World War II. In her early years of their marriage she worked alongside her husband in his State Farm Insurance Agency. She was a loving mother to her three children and adored her grandchild­ren and great grandchild­ren. She was also a very charitable person to her family and readily supported their ambitions and dreams. After her children were grown, she and her husband had many adventures traveling through the United States and Europe, but her heart was always grounded in her home and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J. Hue & Gladys Demonia; sister, Frances Demonia Burnett; brother in law, Grady Burnett; nephew, Randy Burnett and her son in law, Ben Hopps Barbre.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Herbert Preston Camp, Sr; children, grandchild­ren, and great grandchild­ren: Melody Camp Barbre, her family, Benjamin, Tina, Barrett, Brayden, and Bryce Barbre; Sam, Adrianne, Samantha, Charleston, and Brennan Barbre; Neal, Jody, Gwyneth and Josephine Barbre; Blake, Ginny, Camsan and Quin Barbre; Herbert Preston Camp, Jr., his family,

Leanne, Bryan, Noel, Lark, and Iris Reingruber; Martiti Camp Mundy, her family, George, Joanna Mundy, Edward Mundy and Vanessa Londono along with their son, Nicolas Londono-mundy; nephew, Jay Burnett, great nephews, and greatgreat nieces and nephews also survive.

The service to celebrate her life will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 12:30 PM in the sanctuary of Cedartown First United Methodist Church with Rev. 'U 0DUN 1XJHQW RI¿FLDWLQJ

The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 5, 2020 from 11:30 until the service time in the church parlor.

Mrs. Glennie Magdalene Coley, age 98, of Rome, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2020, at a local assisted living facility.

Mrs. Coley was born in Floyd County, Georgia on November 19, 1921, daughter of the late Tontas Phelps and the late Eula Hitchcock Phelps. She was also preceded in death by husbands, Paul Simpson and Lonnie Coley, and by 3 brothers and one sister. Mrs. Coley worked for a number of years at Celanese and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include a son, Harold Dougherty (Robin), Menominee, MI; two grandsons, Tracy Dougherty (Tracy), Howell, MI, and Tim Dougherty (Cleo), Livermore, CA; a great granddaugh­ter, Jenn Dougherty, Menominee, MI; nieces, Ginger Howard (Joe), Rome, and Linda Johnson (Roy), Cleveland, GA; a nephew, Carl Baggett (Shirl), Canton.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at 1pm in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, with the Rev. Scott /DPEHUW RI¿FLDWLQJ 3ULYDWH interment will follow in Oaknoll Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Robert Donald “Don” Hammond, age 78, of Knoxville, TN, formerly of Rome, GA, passed away Friday, January 24, 2020, in Knoxville, TN.

Mr. Hammond was born in Lindale, GA on November 21, 1941, son of the late Williard Charles Hammond and the late Mary Lou Frazier Hammond. He was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, James Williard Hammond and Larry Neal Hammond, Sr. Mr. Hammond was a veteran of the United States Navy and served during the Vietnam War. A retired MasWHU &KLHI 3HWW\ 2I¿FHU KH was awarded a Bronze Star in 1970. He was a member of New Testament Baptist

Church in Maynardvil­le, TN. Mr. Hammond was a member of the American Legion Post #136 in Lindale and was a Mason and a Shriner.

Survivors include his wife, Lila Hammond, Knoxville, TN; 2 daughters, Donna Barnes and Beverly Wilmoth, both of Dalton, GA; a son, Robert S. Hammond, Dalton, GA; 2 step-children, Lisa Moore and Leona Forbes; a brother, Perry Ray Hammond, Rome, GA; several grandchild­ren and great grandchild­ren, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 7, 2020 at 2pm at the graveside in East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 2200 East Governor John Sevier Highway, Knoxville, TN 37920. His Pastor, the Rev. Mike Samples and his close friend, Brother Terry Simmons will RI¿FLDWH ZLWK WKH 8QLWHG States Navy Honor Guard presenting military honors.
