The Rome City Commission meets the second and fourth Monday of each month with a 5 p.m. caucus and 6 p.m. session in the Sam King Room of City Hall, 601 Broad St.

The Floyd County Board of Commissioners conducts official business meetings the second Tuesday and the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. A caucus session is held prior to the business meetings at 4 p.m. These meetings are held on the second floor of the Administration Building, 12 E. Fourth Ave., in the Commissioners Meeting Room, Suite 206.

All meetings are open to the public. If for any reason these dates are changed, the public will be notified by newspaper and radio.

The Cave Spring City Council meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at historic Fannin Hall, 10 Georgia Ave., Cave Spring. Meetings are open to the public.
