HARALSON COUNTY MAN CHARGED WITH FELONY MARIJUANA POSSESSION

The two then fled the scene and went back to their Smith Street residence.

Agee is charged with felony aggravated stalking and misdemeano­r battery, while Richardson is charged with felony aggravated assault.

Agee was held without bond Friday, while Richardson was held on an $11,200 bond.

Thursday night after he gave two false names to law enforcemen­t, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail reports:

Lamar Keith Dublin, 57, was a passenger in a car that was pulled over for a traffic violation. Dublin gave two false names to law enforcemen­t, knowing he had an active warrant.

He then asked to be transporte­d to Floyd Medical Center for treatment. Once released from the hospital, he was arrested on the warrant and for giving a false name and date. He also had a glass pipe with cocaine residue in his pocket.

He is charged with felony cocaine possession, misdemeano­r drug-related objects possession, giving false name to law enforcemen­t and a probation violation.

Dublin was held on an $11,200 bond Friday.

According to Floyd County Jail reports:

Candace Annette Cromer, 39, of Piedmont, Alabama, was originally pulled over for a headlight violation. After conducting a K-9 free air sniff, Rome police officers found meth, Schedule III pills and glass smoking devices containing drug residue.

She is also charged with misdemeano­r drug-related objects possession, headlight violation and theft by taking from an outstandin­g warrant.

Cromer was released on bond Friday.

A Haralson County man was arrested at the Exxon on Turner McCall Boulevard Thursday on a felony marijuana possession warrant.

According to Floyd County Jail reports:

Cody Lee Ferguson, 28, of Buchanan, had over an ounce of marijuana in his possession when he was a passenger in a car that was pulled over for a tag violation on Sept. 22, 2020.

He was released on bond Friday.
