Hardy’s Keith Beauchamp awarded CCIM designation in Commercial Real Estate
Keith Beauchamp, a real estate agent with Hardy Realty & Development Company, has been awarded the CCIM designation. Achieving Certified Commercial Investment Member status demonstrates the hard work and dedication put into maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
The CCIM designation is earned by individuals who have committed the time and resources to confirm themselves at the forefront of commercial real estate. They all have met the rigorous requirements set by The CCIM Institute, which includes extensive education, experience, and a commitment to ethics and deal-making.

To earn the CCIM designation, commercial real estate professionals must complete more than 160 hours of case-study-driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, and ethics in commercial investment real estate.
They must also compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination.
