$1,500 in charges made on credit cards stolen from car

A Royal Oak man in the 4200 block of Crooks woke up Monday morning to find someone stole debit and credit cards from his unlocked vehicle.

By the time he found out about the theft, police said, someone had racked up $1,500 in charges on the stolen cards at Target and Walmart stores.
