‘There’s never been a better time to write your book’
Oak Park based publisher Elizabeth Atkins will kick off 2021 by hosting a #WriteTheChange Book Coaching Experience.
“We’ve been through a lot this year, and it’s inspired new ways of thinking and new ideas. There’s never been a better time to write your book than right now – especially if you’re staying home to stay safe. Working from home, you don’t have that commute time. You could commit that time to writing your book,” said Atkins, co-founder and CEO of Two Sisters Writing and Publishing.
Atkins said one of her students from the 2020 program, Dr. Elaine Makas, started the program in January, and her book “A Young Man on the Front Line: Lessons of War” was released on Monday, Dec. 7.
The #WriteTheChange program provides six months of step-by- step guidance to write, publish and promote a book. It includes intensive monthly sessions, a community support group, weekly
co-working time and discounts on other services, like editing, ghostwriting, manuscript review, private coaching, publishing and writing retreats.
Sessions begin Jan. 13, 2021 and conclude June 9. To sign up, visit bit.ly/ writethechange2021.
