Suit alleges sexual abuse by school leader

The Rev. Miroslaw Krol, CEO and chancellor of Orchard Lake Schools, is facing allegations of sexual abuse and misconduct.

The Detroit News reported a lawsuit has been filed on behalf of two anonymous persons. Krol, Orchard Lake Schools, and a group formerly known as the “Polish Seminary” have been named as defendants.

Krol is accused of forcing himself upon the men, threatening them, and retaliating against them for reporting the alleged abuse.

The suit further alleges board members of Orchard Lake Schools, and church officials, were aware of the abuse.
