Detroit’s own Tim Allen is back for a ninth and final season of his sitcom “Last Man Standing,” premiering at 9:30 p.m. Sunday on Fox ( WJBK- Channel 2 in Detroit). Word is a certain “Tool Time” character from Allen’s past may drop in for this episode.
