Kay Fossett
Kay Fossett, a Block Advisors office manager in West Bloomfield, was awarded the 2020 Henry W. Bloch Excellence in Client Service Award. She was one of 27 associates nationally to receive the award, which was named in honor of Henry W. Bloch, co-founder and honorary chairman of H&R Block, according to a press release from H&R Block. Fossett has been with Block Advisors for six years, serving as an office manager for offices located in West Bloomfield and Livonia. She also serves as treasurer of the West Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce.

Cecilia Rutherford
Cecilia Rutherford has been named vice president of nursing for Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital, according to a press release from Ascension Michigan. Rutherford has worked in health care for more than 25 years, and most recently served as the inpatient director of nursing at Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital. Before that, she served as a nursing manager at Ascension Genesys Hospital. She has a bachelor’s degree and a master of science in nursing degree from the University of Phoenix. Kevin Browett
F. Kevin Browett of Bloomfield Hills was named CEO of Michigan Institute for Neurological Disorders (MIND), a privately owned and operated neurology and healthcare services company, based in Farmington Hills. In this role, Browett is responsible for multiple locations and providers, and MIND’s neurology-based service lines and specialty centers, according to a press release. Browett was previously publisher and founder of SEEN Mag- azine, and has held roles as managing partner and COO of Renaissance Media, LLC, corporate VP of Pharmacy for CVS, EVP/GMM of Merchandising for KMart Worldwide and founder of MEDMAX Healthcare superstores.
