OAK FARMS DAIRY SALUTE

The San Antonio Police Department and Oak Farms Dairy would like to “Salute” Detective Felipe Robledo.

Detective Robledo is a 10 year veteran of the San Antonio Police Department and is currently assigned to the “T” Shift on South Patrol.

Officers received a call for “a male assaulting a female.” Additional details indicated two young males were attempting to steal the woman’s purse. Detective Felipe Robledo, patrolling nearby, arrived within seconds of the broadcasted call and observed an older male struggling with a young male as another young male stood nearby. Believing the young males were possibly involved with the robbery of the woman, Detective Robledo, with the assistance of the good-Samaritan, secured both young males in handcuffs. The purse and other items belonging to the woman were found in their possession. Both males were booked for “Robbery of an Individual”.

Detective Robledo is to be commended for his superior persistence, work ethic, job knowledge, and teamwork in the apprehension of these two robbers and the timely recovery of the Victim’s property. His demonstrated skill and professionalism are truly commendable and worthy of this “Salute”.
