1. Streaming
Directors Anthony and Joe Russo, best known for the last two “Avengers” blockbusters, deliver a more down-to-earth drama in “Cherry.” Tom Holland stars as young man who drifts — into the Army, then addiction and crime — while his girlfriend (Ciara Bravo) tries to keep him on track. Selena Gomez, the native Texan pop star and namesake of the late Tejano superstar, is releasing her first Spanish-language project, “Revelación.” The seven-song EP includes a collaboration with Puerto Rican singer Rauw Alejandro on the song “Baile Conmigo.”

3. Theater
Fans of “The Office,” take note! An immersive show titled “The Office! A Murder Mystery Parody: Who is the Scranton Strangler?” is an opportunity to interact with characters from the TV series and to solve the sensational crime referenced in the sitcom. Groups of up to 30 will start at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts and walk around downtown as they chase clues and chat with Dwight, Pam, Jim and others (all played by area actors).

4. Exhibit
“Can’t Let Go” is a new exhibit of multimedia works that deal with parenting. The show includes pieces by Sara Sudhoff, Alison Chen, Katherine Duclos, Heather Schulte, Olivia Phare and Sara Corley Martinez. Performance and video pieces will be projected onto the gallery window. The exhibit is part of Contemporary Art Month. Opens Friday. 5. Concert
Country music shot through with heartland rock took the Eli Young Band from Denton to the top of the charts. Following a 2019 greatest hits album, the band has released a handful of singles, including a remake of “Saltwater Gospel” with Jimmy Buffett on board.
