• Warren RB Nujaree Henderson ran for 169 yards on 19 carries and scored three touchdowns as the Warriors posted a 44-28 District 29-6A victory over Stevens on Friday night for their first win of the season.

• Anthony Conway rushed for 179 yards and four touchdowns,

including a game-winning 4-yard score with 27 seconds to play, as Marshall held off O’Connor 42-38 for a District 29-6A win Friday night.

• Lanier RB Xavier Tellez scored four touchdowns, rushing for 124 yards on 22 carries, as the Sub-6A No. 6 Voks rallied from an early 13-0 deficit to take down Kennedy 34-13 in a District 13-5A-I contest Friday night.

• Brandon Cortez caught three passes for 147 yards and two touchdowns as Sub-6A No. 10 Floresvill­e held off La Vernia for a 37-35 victory Friday night to remain unbeaten at 5-0.

• Natalia QB Ryan Rizo passed for four touchdowns and ran for two scores as the Mustangs routed Dilley 46-0 in a District 15-3A-II game Friday night.

• 6A No. 4 Taft (5-0, 3-0) scored two touchdowns in the final 2:25, the game-winner coming with 17 seconds left, as the Raiders rallied for a 42-35 District 29-6A victory over Harlan on Thursday night.

• Clark RB Chris Goetz ran for 132 yards and a touchdown as the Cougars ended an 11-game losing streak in the Gucci Bowl with a 17-0 shutout of Churchill Thursday night.
