HIGHLIGHTS

• Veterans Memorial ended the regular season in dominant fashion, led by Armarion Nance (200 rushing yards, six TDs), in a 53-7 win over Bastrop Cedar Creek.

• Boerne Champion QB Jordan Ballin was 9 of 15 passing for

202 yards and five TDs and added six carries for 125 yards and another score in a 56-31 win over MacArthur.

• TJ Dement got it done through the air and on the ground with five catches for 100 yards and two TDs and 87 rushing yards and a TD in Boerne’s 42-3 win over Fredericks­burg.

• Pleasanton won a double-overtime thriller 34-28 over Beeville Jones thanks in part to 201 rushing yards and three TDs from Michael Castillo, including the game-winner.
